Bulking agents (Dicalcium phosphate, corn starch), Cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum) 10:1 Bark Extract from Madagascar, Capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), Anti-caking agents (talc, magnesium stearate).

SUGGESTED ADULT (AGE 16+) USE:

1 capsule half an hour before food, once daily. Maximum 3 capsules per day. For child dosage, consult your practitioner. Do not exceed the maximum recommended daily dosage.
