Delivery & Returns
Goods will usually be dispatched the same working day if ordered before 12.00 hours or the next working day by Royal Mail or its agents. We also offer premium service by either Royal Mail or DPD. Goods should usually be received within 48 hours after dispatch, but please allow 2 to 3 working days for UK delivery and 14 days for International orders. If you do not receive your order after 5 working days for UK orders or 14 days for International orders*, please contact us.
*EU and International orders are currently taking longer than 14 days to arrive due to new customs and import/export legislation. Please check with your local authority as you may be required to pay import fees and please also check for any prohibited items before ordering.
Standard delivery is £2.50 or free for orders £15 or over via Royal Mail tracked 48 Orders £25 or over will be shipped for free via Royal Mail tracked 24. Royal Mail tracked 24 is also offered for £4.99 respectively. Premium delivery via DPD is available for £7.99 and items will be received the next working day if ordered before 12pm. Orders placed after 12pm on Fridays and over the weekend will be processed the next working day.

If you would like to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us ASAP but before 12.00 hours on the day of dispatch by phone (01273 570 987). We will contact you within 5 working days to process the refund.

If for any reason you wish to return unopened goods, we will arrange a full refund* to you at the full price that you have paid, provided that they are received back by us within 30 days of our dispatch date. We suggest that you contact us before returning the product(s) and ask that you also please obtain a 'Proof of Posting certificate' from your local Post Office - in case we do not receive the parcel.
* Please note: We regret that no refund can be given on opened products or on our Postage & Packing charge -unless the received goods do not meet our stringent quality control guidelines. If you receive damaged or faulty goods - please contact us immediately.
