L-Lysine is a free-form amino acid which cannot be synthesised by the body. Amino acids are the building blocks of protein, which is required by the body for optimum growth and development. L-Lysine is required for the production of carnitine, which helps the body to metabolise fats.

L-Lysine HCI, HPMC (capsule shell), vegetable Magnesium Stearate (anti-caking agent).

1-3 capsules daily, best taken 30 mins before meals, or at bedtime. This product is not recommended for children (under 5), or pregnant or lactating women.
