The recommended daily dosage (30 drops) contains:
Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) 75mg

Suggested Adult (age 16+ years) Use:
10 drops, 2-3 times daily. Maximum 60 drops per day, unless otherwise advised by your health specialist.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Not suitable for children under 4 years of age.
