Each capsule contains 300mg of ascorbic acid, liposomal delivery increases the bioavailability of this many-fold.  One capsule of this dry liposomal vitamin C may therefore deliver a significantly higher amount of vitamin C to the cell than conventional non-liposomal vitamin C products-- equivalent to a very much higher dose of ascorbic acid (vitamin C).

Vitamin C¹ (Ascorbic acid), LipoCellTechTM Liposomal mixture: Palmitic oleic acid phospholipids from non-GMO sunflower oil, vegicapsule (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose).

1 to 2 capsules per day with plenty of water, with a meal or as advised. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Not suitable for children under the age of 12 years.
