2-3 ml Valerian water-alcohol extract which is the equivalent of 222-333mg dried Valerian root.

Purified water (Aqua purificata), Alcohol, Valerian (Valerian officinalis) root.

15 drops, 3 times daily in a small amount of water unless otherwise advised by your practitioner. Maximum 100 drops per day.

For children aged 4-15, 3 times daily, give one drop per number of years of age. Shake before use. Not suitable for pregnant or lactating women.
