Delivery Information
Goods will usually be dispatched the same working day if ordered before 12.00 hours or the next working day by Royal Mail or its agents. We also offer premium service by Royal Mail. Goods should usually be received within 48 hours after dispatch, but please allow 2 to 3 working days for UK delivery and 14 days for International orders. If you do not receive your order after 5 working days for UK orders or 14 days for International orders*, please contact us.
*EU and International orders are currently taking longer than 14 days to arrive due to new customs and import/export legislation. Please check with your local authority as you may be required to pay import fees and please also check for any prohibited items before ordering.
UK
Standard delivery is £3.00 or free for orders £25 or over via Royal Mail tracked 48. Royal Mail tracked 24 is also offered for £4.50 respectively. Premium delivery via Royal Mail is available for £7.99 and items will be received the next working day if ordered before 12pm. Orders placed after 12pm on Fridays and over the weekend will be processed the next working day.

Cancellation Policy
If you would like to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us ASAP but before 12.00 hours on the day of dispatch by phone (01273 570 987). We will contact you within 5 working days to process the refund.

If for any reason you wish to return unopened goods, we will arrange a full refund* to you at the full price that you have paid, provided that they are received back by us within 30 days of our dispatch date. We suggest that you contact us before returning the product(s) and ask that you also please obtain a 'Proof of Posting certificate' from your local Post Office - in case we do not receive the parcel.

The optimum micron level reusable stainless steel filter ensures a thick and velvety coffee with a heavier body associated with cafetiere coffee press coffee.
- Remove the lid and filter and add half fill the glass beaker with hot water to heat up the beaker, leave for 45 seconds
- Empty the water and add your desired amount of coarse ground coffee or the correct coffee for your cafetiere coffee press. We recommend 15g of coffee to 250g (250ml) of water. As this is a 350ml coffee press it would be 21g of coffee which is approximately 1.5 tablespoons of coffee
- Pour in freshly boiled water (ideally filtered water) so it just covers the coffee and then give it a stir. This is called blooming (or degassing) and allows the CO² to escape, leave for 30 seconds
- Top up with your remaining water to the maximum fill line or your desired water level and then stir well
- Insert the lid and filter but do not plunge, leave to brew for 5-8 minutes depending on your preference
- After brewing slowly press down on the knob to plunge the filter through the coffee then serve
- We recommend serving all the coffee immediately or pouring into a separate vessel if you would like to keep for later, this will prevent over brewing and the associated bitter taste
