L-Cysteine is a free-form amino acid, and an important source of dietary sulphur. It is a nutritional component involved in the biochemical processes that support the growth of connective tissue present in the skin, tendons, ligaments, cartilage, joints and bones.
L-Cysteine HCI (free-form) 1,500mg, HPMC (capsule shell), Microcrystalline Cellulose, Slicon Dioxide, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate (anti-adherent).
1 capsule, 1-3 times daily, best taken with water or fruit juice ½ hour before meals, or at bedtime on an empty stomach. Not suitable for children under 5 years of age.
