PEO stands for Parent Essential Oil. Parent essential oils are whole, unadulterated forms of the two essential fats needed by the body as they occur in nature. From these oils the body can make the derivatives, such as EPA and DHA, as it requires. Epigenar blackcurrant seed oil is produced by a unique CO2 extraction process at low temperatures which prevents any oxidation of the oils.

Blackcurrant seed oil (72%) (supercritical CO2 extract), capsule shell material (modified maize starch, glycerol, gelling agent carrageenan, acidity regulator disodium phosphate), antioxidant (alpha-tocopherol, rosemary leaf extract), beta-carotene.

The recommended daily dosage (4 vegicaps) contains 2000mg PEO Blackcurrant Seed oil.

For the first month, take 3 capsules twice daily with meals. After a month, reduce to the maintenance dose of 2 capsules twice daily with meals. Children from the age of 5 may take half the dose as mentioned above.
