Rio Health P’nella is an extract derived from the leaves and stems of Pimpinella anisum, commonly known as Anise. The seedpods of this flowering plant that is native to the Mediterranean and Asia, are known as aniseed, an aromatic and strong-flavoured spice used in cooking and confectionery.
Each 1ml (20 drops) recommended daily dosage contains: Anise alcohol water extract which is the equivalent of 333mg Anise leaves/stems.

Food Supplement—Botanical Tincture
Suggested Adult (age 16+ years) Use: 10 drops, 2 to 6 times daily in 120ml (4 oz.) of water unless otherwise recommended by your practitioner. Maximum 60 drops per day.
For children aged from 3, 3 times daily, give one drop per number of years of age.
