Ingredients
Pure cane alcohol, osmotic water, Quina (Cinchona calisaya) bark from Brazil.
Minimum Dry Herb Potency Ratio: 1:3
Alcohol Content: 55% Vol
Each 2ml / 40 drops contains Quina alcohol-water extract equivalent to 667mg Quina bark.
How to Use
- Adults 16+ years: Take 20 drops, 2 times daily in 120ml water, unless otherwise advised by your practitioner.
- Start with a lower dose and gradually increase if needed.
- Maximum: 40 drops per day.
- Child use: For child dosage, consult your practitioner.
Cautions
- Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- Do not use if taking blood-thinning medication, anticoagulants, antiplatelet medication, quinine or quinidine.
- Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have a heart condition, stomach or intestinal ulcers, myasthenia gravis, are due to have surgery, or are taking prescribed medication.
Side Effects
- Quina contains naturally occurring quinine alkaloids and is not recommended for long-term use.
- May increase the risk of bruising or bleeding in sensitive individuals.
