Hercampuri grows in the Andes Mountains and has been used since the time of the Incas. Its name comes from the Quechua phrase meaning “he who walks from town to town”. Rio Health Hercampuri Tincture uses a 1:3 herbal extract in a convenient liquid format.

Ingredients
Pure cane alcohol, osmotic water, Hercampuri (Gentianella alborosea) leaves from Peru.
Minimum Dry Herb Potency Ratio: 1:3
Alcohol Content: 55% Vol
Each 2ml / 40 drops contains Hercampuri alcohol-water extract equivalent to 667mg Hercampuri leaves.
How to Use
- Adults 16+ years: Take 20 drops, 2 times daily in 120ml water, unless otherwise advised by your practitioner.
- Start with a lower dose and gradually increase if needed.
- Maximum: 40 drops per day.
- Child use: Not recommended as a slimming/metabolism supplement for children unless advised by a practitioner. For child dosage, consult your practitioner.
Cautions
- Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- Do not use for longer than 6 consecutive months without taking a break.
- Not recommended in cases of anaemia.
- If taking medication or under medical supervision, consult a healthcare professional before use.
