How to Use
- Adults (16+ years): Take 15 drops, 3 times daily in a small amount of water. Maximum 100 drops per day.
- Children (4–15 years): For child use or dosage, please consult a qualified practitioner.
- Shake well before use. Slight cloudiness does not affect quality.
Cautions
- Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding
- May interact with blood-thinning medications (e.g., Warfarin) or NSAIDs
- Excessive doses may cause mild digestive upset
- Take vitamin C and other strong acids at a different time of day
- Discontinue 2 weeks before elective surgery
