Magnesium is an essential mineral, needed for normal functioning of the nervous system, building healthy bones and teeth and for normal muscle function. Malic Acid, the other active ingredient in epigenar® Magnesium Malate, is a naturally occurring organic acid found in apples and many other fruits and vegetables. Malic acid is used in the Krebs cycle (citric acid cycle) which aids release of stored energy.
Dimagnesium malate, vegicapsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), anti-caking agent (magnesium salt of fatty acids [vegetable origin], vegetable stearic acid).
Suggested Adult (age 16+ years) Use:
1-2 capsules, 1-2 times daily before a meal, unless otherwise advised by your health specialist. Maximum 4 capsules a day.
Not suitable for children under 6 years of age. For child dosage, consult your practitioner.
