Dimagnesium malate, vegicapsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, anti-caking agent: magnesium salt of fatty acids (vegetable origin), vegetable stearic acid.
Active amount: 2 vegicaps provide 200mg magnesium, equal to 53% NRV.
How to Use
- Adults 16+ years: Take 1–2 capsules, 1–2 times daily before a meal, unless otherwise advised by your health specialist.
- Maximum: 4 capsules per day.
- Child use: Not suitable for children under 6 years of age. For child dosage, consult your practitioner.
Cautions
- Please consult a healthcare professional before use if you have kidney problems, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are taking prescribed medication.
- Magnesium may affect levodopa/carbidopa if taken at the same time, so leave a long gap between taking these medicines and magnesium.
