"I started taking this brand of maca four months ago. Wituin a week I noticed a sharp increase in my energy levels, with no slumps or negative effects. It may be coincidental, but I have generally felt more positive, as well as energetic. I'm 37 years old, work 40+ hours of physical per week, as well as playing sport competitively, so I am used to aching and being tired. The maca seems to set me right regarding the tiredness. That being said, I haven't even been taking the full recommended dose; the recomendation in 2 tablets, thrice daily, but I have only been taking three tablets, once a day with breakfast. I have recommeneded this product to family, who are also feeling the benefits. I would suggest starting with this smaller jar, and then moving on to the 120 capsure jar, which is the only one I now buy."
