Ingredients

Rice starch, capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, soy / Glycine max extract containing 40% isoflavones, vitamin C / ascorbic acid, hops / Humulus lupulus extract standardised to 0.15–0.25% 8-PN, rice concentrate, anti-caking agent: stearic acid.

How to Use
  • First week: Take 2 capsules per day.
  • Week 2 onwards: Take 4 capsules per day.
  • Take with water, preferably after a meal.
  • Maintenance dose: Once desired results are achieved, take 2 capsules per day.
  • For light improvement, use consistently for 3–4 months.
  • For more noticeable improvement, consistent use may be needed for 6–8 months.
