The Best Choice Vitamin D Baby is suitable from one week to age 11 years. Take once a day, just one spray (delivers 400 iu, the recommended daily amount), sprayed onto the inner lining of the cheek. This product has a strawberry flavour.
These can be taken any time of day, but the multivitamin is better taken during the first half of the day.
